Connie Leech
HEAD COACH
Coach Connie has over 14 years of coaching experience. She has been named CCA's 2023 Coach of the Year! Her love and passion for Christ and cheerleading is evidenced by the dedication that Coach Connie brings to every practice and competition. She creates a safe place for each cheerleader to grow, not only their cheerleading skills, but most importantly, their relationship with God!
Mike Leech
ASSISTANT COACH
Coach Mike has over 6 years of experience as a competitive cheerleader and has been a coach at EC Cheer since 2020. Coach Mike is passionate about spreading the message of Christ through our performances and using our talents to shine His light! Coach Mike is an integral part of our coaching staff, specializing in tumbling and stunting.
Emily Leech
ASSISTANT COACH
Coach Emily has over 10 years of cheerleading experience and 8 years of experience as a coach. It is her belief that cheerleading can help build self-esteem, develop teamwork skills and create lifelong friendships. Coach Em is passionate about using cheerleading as a vehicle to spread joy and show the love of Christ.
